&#038; Reinhold, a real estate appraisal firm now specializing in the valuation of high-value commercial and residential properties in Germany and abroad, Partner &#8211; which today specializes in the appraisal of high-value commercial and residential real estate both in Germany and abroad &#8211; was laid as early as 1973 with the founding of an expert appraisal office by Dipl.-Ing. Ab Mitte der 1980er Jahre folgten Vortrags- und Dozentent\u00e4tigkeit im Fachgebiet Bewertung von bebauten und unbebauten Grundst\u00fccken f\u00fcr diverse Veranstalter, im Jahr 1990 zusammen mit weiteren Kollegen die Gr\u00fcndung der Zeitschrift Grundst\u00fccksmarkt und Grundst\u00fcckswert (GuG). <\/p>\n<p>J\u00fcrgen Simon began his career as a writer in 1979 and, starting in 1981, also served as a volunteer member of the Appraisal Committee for the City of Hanover and Hanover-Land. Starting in the mid-1980s, he began giving lectures and teaching courses on the appraisal of developed and undeveloped properties for various organizations; in 1990, together with other colleagues, he co-founded the journal Grundst\u00fccksmarkt und Grundst\u00fcckswert (GuG). <\/p>\n<p>In the same year, he was appointed to the expert committee of the investment company WestInvest and a pension fund. A year later, he was appointed chairman of the audit committee for the public appointment and swearing-in of experts at the South Thuringia Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Wilfried Reinhold.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Until he joined the partnership, Wilfried Reinhold was responsible for the professional supervision and continuing education of the construction experts employed by the tax offices of Lower Saxony in the Valuation Division of the Hanover Regional Finance Office. From 1997 to 2017, he was publicly appointed and sworn in by the Hanover-Hildesheim Chamber of Industry and Commerce to perform appraisals of developed and undeveloped properties.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-mrapt9zy-d4c80198f50093d2b9ad290962e16848 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>From 1993 to 2013, Wilfried Reinhold served as a volunteer appraiser for the Appraisal Committee of the City of Hanover and Hanover-Land, and from 1992 to 1997, he was a committee member at the Federal Ministry of Finance (investigating the real estate market with a view to simplifying appraisal procedures). Beginning in 1999, Wilfried Reinhold served on various expert committees and worked as a technical writer and lecturer. <\/p>\n<p>J\u00fcrgen Simon has been an honorary professor at the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences in Faculty 2 Architecture and Civil Engineering since 2000.<\/p>\n<p>In 2002 Simon &#038; Reinhold, Partner was a founding member of the Bundesverband der Immobilien-Investment-Sachverst\u00e4ndigen e. Further mandates would follow in the subsequent years. <\/p>\n<p>Thore Simon has been appointed to the Appraisal Expert Examination Committee for the appraisal of developed and undeveloped real estate (\u00f6buv) of the South Thuringia Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Lower Saxony Chamber of Engineers, as well as to the Hannover City Appraisal Expert Committee (Landesamt f\u00fcr
